International Delivery

The Jewellery Company deliver Internationally to the countries listed below at a cost of £15.00. All orders are shipped by the Royal Mails 'Internationally Signed For' service and are fully insured. The transit time for this service varies from one country to another but most deliveries have an average transit time of 6-7 days for Europe and 7-10 days for outside Europe. All product delivery times specified on our store are for UK delivery. Please remember to add the additional estimated international transit time to these estimates. Orders can be sent by Fedex at an additional cost. Fedex offers a number of carriage services faster than the default international shipping method. VAT Tax

Orders delivered to countries outside the EU will not be charged VAT. If an order is exempt from VAT our online store automatically deducts the VAT once the billing and delivery details have been entered. Please note that, as a company, we are governed by HM Customs and Revenue regulations and have to abide to them by law.

We can still possibly ship to your country using Fedex's courier service. The international shipping charge for using Fedex is £65.00.

Kindly please note that due to logistical and individual country infrastructure reasons we still may not be able to ship to your country. Shipping to countries that are not listed on our International shipping list will be at our discretion only.
