Our Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time; any
changes will be announced on The Jewellery Company site. You should
check for such updates by clicking on this page to check the date
of the last update. If you do not wish to accept the Terms and Conditions
or any updates thereto, you should discontinue the use of the site.
If you continue to use the site after the date on which the change
comes into effect, your use of the site will be construed as your
acceptance and your agreement to be bound by those Terms and Conditions.
Our website is designed to deliver the best possible secure online shopping
experience to our customers, featuring safe and encrypted transactions
powered by ProTX and certified by Verisign.

Payment can be made with Maestro, Solo, Mastercard, Visa, Delta,
Visa Electron and American Express credit cards.
Incomplete orders will be put on hold until all missing information
is submitted. Delivery time may consequently be delayed. Please print
out and keep your order form for reference.
The prices listed throughout this site are subject to change without
notice. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price
due to type or programming error, The Jewellery Company can choose
to refuse the transaction.
UK Delivery
Plain rings will be delivered within 7-10 working days. All other items
will be delivered within 14-28 working days. These are approximate guidelines
only and can vary. Customers will be notified within 7 days of ordering
if there is a delay with their order.
Overseas Delivery
The Jewellery Company delivers to Andorra, Australia, Austria, Azores,
Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland,
France, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands,
New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Slovak Republic,
Spain, Spitzbergen, Sweden, Switzerland, The Channel Islands & USA
by International Special Delivery at a cost of £9.99.
Plain rings will be delivered Overseas within 28 days. All others
will be delivered within 36 days. These are only approximate guidelines.
These can vary. Customers will be notified within 7 days of ordering
if there is a delay.
The Jewellery Company sends orders by Royal Mail’s special
delivery (UK) or International Delivery (overseas). Before signing
for your package, please ensure that it is not ruptured or damaged.
The Jewellery Company cannot be held responsible for theft or loss
once you have signed for your package.
Please double check your delivery address on the order form and
any email order confirmations. A re-posting fee will be charged for
items that are not addressed correctly.
The Jewellery Company can refuse international orders if shipping
to particular destination is problematic or unreliable, in which
case we will notify you immediately.
If your Jewellery Company product is found to have a defect in material
or workmanship, The Jewellery Company will repair the defect without
charge for materials or labour. Diamonds and gemstones are not covered
by this warranty. The Jewellery Company is not liable for lost or cracked
stones.
In the event, The Jewellery Company determines that a returned faulty
product cannot be repaired, The Jewellery Company will replace the
product with either the same model, or one that is equivalent in
value.
This warranty is valid only when a new product is purchased
from The Jewellery Company and is available to the original purchaser
only. Please contact The Jewellery Company directly if you have any
questions regarding the warranty.
This warranty does not cover expenses incurred due to a lack of proper
care for The Jewellery Company’s line of products.
1. Retain proof of purchase documents. You will be requested by
The Jewellery Company to provide proof of purchase in order to receive
warranty service.
2. Notify The Jewellery Company of any apparent defects promptly
upon their discovery.
DO NOT post or ship your product to The Jewellery
Company without prior authorisation.
The Jewellery Company will resize or replace any ring it has accidentally
missized. It is the customers responsibility to order the correct finger
size. We can alter a rings size but a charge will be made.
Resize charges: Plain rings can be resized at
a cost of £9.99, all others at £14.99. A delivery charge
of £9.99 is applicable if the order is to be shipped outside
of the UK. All prices include VAT. This will be deducted
if the order is to be delivered outside of the EU.
Before returning a product, clients are required to contact The
Jewellery Company in order to establish return procedures. Please
email customer support for
more information.
Rings to be resized must be returned within 28 days after initial
delivery. Resized items are not refundable.
We are confident that your purchase from The Jewellery Company will meet
or exceed your expectations. If for any reason you wish to return a product,
The Jewellery Company will accept the item providing it is returned unused,
it is in it’s original packaging and is returned within 28 days
of receipt. A full refund will then be issued.
If a product is found to be faulty (subject to a manufacturers inspection)
The Jewellery Company will replace or refund the item within 28 days
of purchase. If a product develops a fault within 12 months of purchase
The Jewellery Company will repair or replace the item free of charge.
Before returning a product, clients are required to contact The
Jewellery Company in order to establish the return procedures. Please

Returned products must be unworn and in their original packaging.
Customers assume postage or shipping costs of returns, except if
the return is due to an oversight on The Jewellery Company’s
part, in which case return postage or shipping costs will be reimbursed.
Overseas customers, please note, the original delivery cost will
not be reimbursed.
Please note: Due to hygiene implications, all earrings
are non-returnable.
Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received
and inspected by The Jewellery Company.
Customers can choose to insure their return package or not, although
it is recommended they do. No written reference to jewellery, diamonds,
or any other identifiable luxury related words should appear on the
package. The Jewellery Company cannot be held responsible for return
shipping losses.
